Troubleshooting guide during checkout
If you want to restore your subscription, please follow these steps after verifying that your credit card has no issues such as expiration or necessary funds:
Log in by entering the email address and password used during registration.
If you don’t remember your password click on “Lost your password?” to set a new one.
On the page that opens you will find a table.
In the table below, on the first row as shown in the image, click “Retry payment”
Insert your card detail in the module, confirm carefully the security autorization if necessary.
If the security procedure of your credit card has been successful, the subscription is activated.
